Vernon J. Walters is a local artist residing in Hampton Roads, Virginia.  A graduate of Fiorella H. LaGuardia High School of Music and Art and Performing Arts, New York City, Vernon studied his craft at Mankato State University, Mankato, Minnesota. 

Currently working in acrylics, his work of abstract design are a study in color, composition design, space and time and color balance.  Vernon's work is a bold visual representation that attempts to take the viewer to other times and places. 

This artist definitely thinks and paints "Outside the Box" with a style and authority on canvas that is both unique and visually appealing to the eclectic fine art connoisseur.  Each painting is a one of a kind, futuristic view with a stand out from the crowd appeal.
