Chris Pascuzzi

Exposed to the needle arts at an early age, Chris Pascuzzi had become an accomplished seamstress and needle worker by the time she was in her teens.

In 1985, Chris received a degree in Textiles and Clothing Merchandising and Apparel Design from the University of Delaware.   While working as a sewing educator in 1990, she made her first quilt.  Fascinated by quilt block patterns and the endless design possibilities, Chris continued to make more and more quilts, collecting more and more fabric along the way.  She used traditional designs and fabrics at first, but soon found herself compelled to use a more contemporary approach.

Chris’s work is a reflection of her life’s journey, elements of the past and present transformed.

Commissions welcomed.

A vast collection of fabrics, threads, yarns, and a growing assortment of buttons, beads and usual embellishments provide Chris with endless inspiration.
