Jean Harrison is a self-taught designer
who works out of instinct often with the fabric and embellishments dictating
how the piece will look.
Her wall pieces, often matted and framed,
are usually theme-based, or sewn in an improvisational manner, creating a work
in progress. The outcome is often surprising and fun for her.

Harrison also creates “art-to-wear” clothing,
purses, and vessels, “one-of-a-kind” pieces bound only by her imagination
and the piles of fabric lining her walls. |
